Since founding USSH in 2008, he has led its development into a comprehensive healthcare supply network across Nepal, spanning import, distribution, and sub-distribution.

He has built strong partnerships with over seventy global OEMs, focusing on operational efficiency and expanding into rural markets, which has driven consistent revenue growth. As chairman, he oversees corporate governance, strategic planning, and major decision-making, aligning all group companies towards unified goals.

Mr. Gharti Magar is known for his hands-on leadership and works closely with the management team to explore new initiatives such as biomedical equipment maintenance and sustainable logistics, ensuring USSH’s continued innovation and growth.
